A new internet site not only exposes public arrest records but also supplies links to lawbreakers Facebook pages. Lawbreakers be warned – next time you get arrested you could be subject to public exposure in the court of public opinion by the new website Prisneyland that takes public arrest records and posts them online along with links to the villains Facebook pages and a snarky recap of the purported crime. According to Prisneyland founder Chauncey Gardner, the Prisneyland idea was formed after realizing that Gardner and all his buddies still frequently checked the local newspapers of the towns they got raised in to see if they recognized any of the names in the stories. “We all do it!” Gardner declared, “I mean who doesn't take satisfaction in opening up the paper and reading about that one jerk who was always mean to you in Jr. High school getting arrested.” Prisneyland was launched last year as a pet project by Gardner and his partner Paul Stanley as a pet project.

What started out as a blog with 0 advertising quickly grew into a site which has received almost two million hits in just over 13 months. But after finding local success Prisneyland is preparing to go countrywide, next month. “We were shocked at the popularity of Prisneyland in LA and we can not bear to wait to see how the remainder of the country feels about it” Gardner said. Prisneyland will start posting countrywide stories the week after next with a little help from the PR firm All Access Placement.
